Advocates and teachers provide high-quality early education and child care in our Learning Center, along with after school and social-emotional support services.

Apartments at warren village

Warren Village’s apartment building is located in Denver’s Capitol Hill neighborhood, a close walking distance to public transportation, stores, social service organizations, and a spacious city park. Each resident pays rent, based on their income, which ranges from $25 a month to 30% of their total income. Each resident must be committed to working toward specific personal and self-sufficiency goals.

HOUSING FOR SINGLE PARENTS WHO:

ARE MOTIVATED TO SET AND ACHIEVE GOALS
HAVE A HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR GED
ARE 18 YEARS OR OLDER
HAVE CUSTODY OF ONE OR MORE CHILDREN
ARE COMMITTED TO FULL-TIME WORK AND/OR SCHOOL
ARE WILLING TO ATTEND THREE LIFE SKILLS CLASSES PER MONTH
WILL ACTIVELY PARTICIPATE IN OUR WELLNESS INITIATIVE AND OTHER PROGRAMS
WILL VOLUNTEER TWO HOURS PER MONTH

Applications may be obtained from the Housing Office weekdays between 9:00am and 4:00pm or downloaded from this page. Applications must be submitted in person, by appointment only, to the Warren Village Housing Office. We cannot accept faxed or emailed applications. Applications may take up to 2 weeks for processing.

Once you have the application completed and supporting documents ready, please schedule your appointment to submit those items in person using the contact information above.
