Warren Village at Gilpin

Transitional Housing for Single-Parent Families

With safe, consistent and affordable housing, families can work toward economic mobility and navigate and disrupt the systems of poverty. Warren Village at Gilpin offers transitional housing for two to four years in 92 apartments for single-parent families. 100% of the single parents who reside or come to Warren Village were previously unhoused or experiencing housing instability. The Gilpin Campus is located in Denver’s Capitol Hill neighborhood, a close walking distance to public transportation, stores, social service organizations, and a spacious city park.

Our Two-Generation (2Gen) approach provides opportunities and resources to empower families to change their life trajectory. This holistic and flexible approach includes three program components – safe and affordable housing, family supportive services, and early childhood education and child care.
