Impact 2031

Why Now?

At the end of 2024, Warren Village set out to create an ambitious strategy to increase our impact in the Denver Metro Area. The environment around us was changing – the need for Warren Village was greater and the organization experienced tremendous growth. Warren Village opened the Alameda campus and staff doubled in size, all while a regular funding source became less reliable. As the world changed around us and challenged the organization, we chose to meet the moment. We pushed ourselves so we could improve the lives of each family in our building.

Impact 2031

By 2031, Warren Village will accelerate and sustain the journey to personal and economic self-sufficiency for more adults while children learn and thrive. By elevating our innovative two-generation focus, we will bolster our capacity through three priorities: Quality & Impact, Community & Connection, and Strategic Partnerships – positioning us to grow our impact as a recognized national model for family success.
