Warren Village at Alameda
The Pathway to a Fourth Warren Village Site
As the cost of living in Denver continues to grow at an unprecedented rate, thousands of hard-working families are finding themselves unable to access safe and affordable housing in our city. Building on our 50 years of experience serving the community, Warren Village has stepped up to offer a solution – Warren Village at Alameda, a new supportive living facility with 89 units of housing. This project is part of our strategic growth initiative to provide two-generation programming, empowering families as they work to achieve economic mobility and disrupt systems of poverty.
We’re not doing this alone. Warren Village at Alameda is a collaborative effort, made possible with partners like Denver Housing Authority, who provided the land, development support from Urban Ventures, and property management strength from Rocky Mountain Communities. This blend of city, state, and federal funding combines with community, foundation, and corporate donations to bring this dream to life.
Warren Village at Alameda Leasing Information
Warren Village at Alameda is a brand new, two-building facility that offers permanent supportive housing (PSH) for families who have experienced homelessness or are at risk of housing instability, with a preference for single-parent families. Tenant selection will be based on income qualifications, household size, and additional unique circumstances. Different units have different eligibility criteria. Unique circumstances include families experiencing homelessness, housing instability, and/or having a member of the household with a disability verified by a knowledge professional.
Located in Southwest Denver at the corner of Alameda and Pecos, the first building will open to residents in November 2024, followed by the second building in December 2024.
