Apartments at warren village

Warren Village’s apartment building is located in Denver’s Capitol Hill neighborhood, a close walking distance to public transportation, stores, social service organizations, and a spacious city park. Each resident pays rent, based on their income, which ranges from $25 a month to 30% of their total income. Each resident must be committed to working toward specific personal and self-sufficiency goals.

Applications may be obtained from the Housing Office weekdays between 9:00am and 4:00pm or downloaded from this page.  Applications must be submitted in person, by appointment only, to the Warren Village Housing Office.  We cannot accept faxed or emailed applications. Applications may take up to 2 weeks for processing.
