DENVER'S HOUSING CRISIS
The 2025 Point in Time Count, conducted by the Metro Denver Homeless Initiative (MDHI), indicated that 10,774 individuals in Metro Denver are experiencing homelessness. This is a 56% increase from 2022.
- Approximately 46% of all unhoused people included individuals with children.
- Further, housing costs in Denver are 23% above the national average, which is contributing to a growing housing crisis.
Warren Village is doing its part to become part of the solution by bringing families out of crisis, stabilizing them, and giving them the tools to thrive.
The funds you raise for Warren Village will contribute to:
Safe and Affordable Housing for low-income families
Supplemental Enrichment Programming for children 5+
Early Learning Center for children starting at 6 weeks old
Food Pantries at each campus
Physical and mental health services for residents
Economic Mobility Mentoring & Supportive Services
