Public events like our Aspire Gala play a significant role in our fundraising efforts. They also allow us to recognize individuals in the community who are making a profound impact on our mission and to celebrate the achievements of our residents by providing them with an opportunity to share the experiences, goals and triumphs.

We welcome community efforts to hold fundraising and “friend-raising” events for Warren Village! If your company, community group, school, or faith-based organization would like to support our families, there are lots of fun ways to do so. Examples include sports tournaments, concerts, block parties, and donation drives of new items.

Holiday shop

Each year, Warren Village provides winter holiday support to residents and their families. This year, with the current rates of inflation and a rise in the cost of living, holidays will be tough for all families; but they will be especially difficult for the under-resourced families that Warren Village serves.

This year, we need to raise $10,000 to provide holiday gifts to all residents and a portion of alumni. You can support Warren Village families during the holidays by donating, providing specific gifts, or volunteering.

Aspire GALA

Our annual Aspire Gala raises critical funding to empower single parents and their children each year. This year’s Gala is on Saturday, September 14 at the Denver Center for Performing Arts in the Seawell Ballroom. Warren Village is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year. You will not want to miss this milestone celebration!

Host a Fundraiser

From honoring a loved one or celebrating a special occasion to hosting a golf tournament, planning a 5K or having the kids set up a lemonade stand, your family, friends, and neighbors can help you raise thousands of dollars that will directly benefit Warren Village families. Warren Village Summer Garden Party 2022

In August 2022 we held our annual Summer Garden Party hosted by Dr. Jody Mathie. The event included a powerful testimonial by Warren Village Alum Navigator and former resident Annette Alexander.

"LISTEN TO MY STORY"

On April 30, 2022, Warren Village was thrilled to welcome our community supporters to our first in-person event since 2019. Special thanks to our presenting sponsor, United Airlines, and our reception sponsor, UPS. Held at the Hyatt Regency at the Denver Tech Center, this event celebrated the diverse paths of our amazing residents as they make the transition to economic self-sufficiency.

Thanks to the tremendous support of volunteers, individual donors, and corporate partners, Warren Village residents and alumni enjoyed a week-long celebration replete with multiple visits from Santa, a wonderful holiday brunch hosted by BNP Paribas, and a grand gift-giving open house hosted by United Airlines.

WARREN VILLAGE TAKING FLIGHT SIMULATOR 2020

In lieu of our traditional in-person fall gala, this year’s virtual event was an opportunity for the community to tune in online for a free, inspirational program featuring the stories of Warren Village families and our community partnerships.

Our 33rd annual Holiday Shop was held virtually on Saturday, December 12th, and included a special visit from Santa, Mrs. Claus, and the United Airlines Elves. Thanks to the generosity of the community 160 resident and alumni families received gifts this year.

In December 2019 more than 250 volunteers contributed to the success of Holiday Shop, which served 178 resident and alumni families. The community donated more than 2,800 gifts and $7,200 in monetary donations.

In September 2019 more than 375 supporters attended at our Taking Flight Fall Gala at The Ritz-Carlton Denver. The evening’s sponsors and attendees came together to raise $367,000.
