THRIVE BY FIVE
Because every child deserves a strong start.
At Warren Village, we believe the first five years of life are not only magical—they’re mission-critical.
Our onsite early learning centers provide more than just childcare. We create a launchpad for lifelong success. With an evidence-based curriculum, strong teacher support, a focus on nutrition and mental health, and a team of nurturing educators, children here build the skills and confidence they need to thrive by age five.
Right now, the Colorado Child Care Assistance Program (CCCAP), which helps low-income families afford care while they pursue work or education, is experiencing a freeze preventing many from accessing the care they need. At Warren Village, 85% of families rely on CCCAP, and this reduction in revenue threatens to leave many children without support.

Child care program serving Colorado's most vulnerable families remains at risk
A freeze on funding that began in January for the state's Child Care Assistance Program has left families and providers scrambling.

New child care center opens in Denver among closures, funding freezes
Eight months into the Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP) freeze, Warren Village staff are questioning the sustainability of their new center.
A stronger family, a brighter future.
We know kids thrive when their families are supported, too. That’s why our unique two-generation approach provides care for both children and parents in one convenient location.
By serving both generations, at one time, at one location, and aligned with reinforcing services, we have the greatest possibility of disrupting generational poverty and creating real opportunity for change.
When children are safe, nurtured, and seen, they flourish, and that success ripples through generations.

Investing in two futures at once.
Meet Gabby, a single mother who arrived at Warren Village eight months pregnant, having faced abusive relationships and housing instability. At our Early Learning Center, her once-shy daughter Philomena transformed into a confident, curious learner who loves soccer and piano—thriving under the care of nurturing educators who helped her build essential skills during those critical early years. When a mental health emergency threatened their family, Warren Village’s comprehensive support not only kept them together but helped Gabby feel the stability she needed to develop stronger parenting skills. She tapped into Warren Village’s therapy groups and mental health resources, empowering her to create the strong foundation Philomena needed while pursuing her own dreams of becoming an elementary STEM teacher.
Every Thrive by Five gift powers stories like Gabby’s—stories of children flourishing in their most vulnerable years and mothers growing into their full potential through comprehensive support.
