(May 29, 2020) – Warren Village is incredibly grateful to our Board of Trustees for their tireless work to advance the mission of Warren Village. Board members play a vital leadership role in guiding our work, providing resources and connections to improve our outcomes, offering professional expertise, and playing a critical part in our fundraising success.
Welcome Katie M. Goodwin as New Board Chair
We are excited to announce Katie M. Goodwin has assumed the role of Board Chair effective April 1, 2020. Goodwin has served on Warren Village’s board for five years, including several years as gala co-chair and head of the Development Committee. Goodwin is an attorney with Goodwin Advanced Legal Advising.
We would like to take this opportunity to express our deepest appreciation for everything Kyle Craig, Principal of Outlook Consulting, has accomplished on behalf of Warren Village families during his two-year tenure as Board Chair. Kyle continues to serve on the board as Vice-Chair.
Welcome New Members
One of our key strategic goals is to build the capacity and breadth of our Board. We are thrilled to welcome the following new Board members, each of whom bring passion, expertise, and a willingness to help take Warren Village to the next level: Craig Brown, Investment Professional; Marsha Brown, Warren Village Alumna and Program Administrator, City and County of Denver, Department of Human Services; and Tasha L. Jones, Chief Marketing Officer, Mile High United Way.
Tremendous Thanks to those Members who Recently Completed their Board Service
In March, several long-time trustees completed their board service including: Tammy Abramovitz, who served 13 years; Annette Davis, who served 6 years; Caroline Turner, who served 22 years; and Mark Waddell, who served 13 years. Their 54 years of combined service has significantly impacted Warren Village. We are grateful their service.
