Warren Village and Blackbaud Complete Cover
Warren Village uses donation forms powered by Blackbaud. Blackbaud offers different ways for their non-profit partners to manage transaction fees. Warren Village uses Blackbaud’s “Complete Cover” to help save as much as possible for our donors and minimize the cost of transaction fees for our organization. What does this mean for you?
Covering the transaction fee is completely optional for gifts less than $3,000.
The recommended “contribution” amount indicated during checkout is completely optional. By unchecking the checkbox indicated in red below, neither you nor Warren Village will pay any transaction fees on your online donation:
What if I want to donate $3,000 or more?
You are welcome to make donations of $3,000 or more, however, you will not see the checkbox above and transaction fees will apply.
The best way to minimize fess is to pay via a bank account. No matter the amount of your donation, when paying via bank account the transaction fee will be $5.
If you are using a credit card, The exact amount of the transaction fees will vary depending on the type of card you use and the size of your donation. You will not be charged anything in addition to your contribution, but Warren Village will receive your donation, less fees of about 3%.
If you wish to completely avoid transaction fees, donate via check. Checks can be made out to Warren Village and mailed to:

If you are donating at year end, please remember that your contribution must be postmarked by December 31st to count towards the current calendar year for tax purposes.
